Summary :
Nick Malloy, an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) finds himself caught in a deadly 12-round game of cat and mouse with a vigilante tied to the paramedic's past. With little time to spare and his wife's life hanging in the balance, the EMT must figure out why he's been chosen to be the pawn in this maniac's game before it's too late.

My Opinion
What a terrible acted B-movie. I have no doubt that the circumference of Orton's biceps is impressive, but I wasn't impressed by his performances. It is a kind of "Saw" clone but for ordinary viewers.

 Terrible artificially looking fight scenes, stupid car sequences where it seems like all the others drove around at a snail's pace. A silly revenge movie. And I'm still wondering why that poor bouncer was involved in his sinister plan. Why didn't he put all the other guests, waiters and the disc jockey on his list ? The closing credits were the best.
